PACKING
Fragile items will be packaged very carefully with pluriball, polystyrene and everything necessary to save them (sponge, etc.).
All bijoux are beautifully packaged in fancy gift bag and box, ready to give as gifts or treat yourself! If necessary they are wrapped very carefully in pluriball plastic and then in a cardboard inside a secured bubble envelope or craft box.
GIFT
If your purchase is a gift, and you would like it sent to another address, please leave us a note as soon as possible in the "Contact us" section. Otherwise we will ship to the address listed in the invoice. We can also include a small card with your wish message.
Please let us know if it is for a present so we'll also make a beautiful packaging suitable for gift giving.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship worldwide the same or the next business day after the order is completed and provide the tracking number for your convenience. We do not ship during major European public holidays and on Sundays as all Post Offices are closed at these periods.
We'll be happy to combine shipping.
Please note: for multiple items purchase in my shop at present no shipping discount is applied because I have items with different weight. So if you want to know multiple items shipping cost, please write to me and I'll soon tell you the discounted shipping cost on the base of what you have chosen.
It usually takes about
- 3 business days to deliver to any European country,
- 7-10 business days to deliver to the US (depends on particular location)
- and about 10-14 business days to deliver to Australia and Asia-Pacific.
No additional or hidden taxes/fees.
