This is a GORGEOUS light mint green Empire waist floral dress from the 90s. It features a high low bottom with layered ruffles. Its fully lined with a pretty floral chiffon overlay. This dress is perfect for summer! Please note there is a small pin size hole in the center of the chest. Its not noticeable unless you look closely.
